On March 28, 2017, our Australian customers visited us, inspecting the 5m T-slotted bed plates they have ordered with us. The T-slotted bed plates will be installed in our customer's new workshop to carry out refurbishments and assemblies of large motors and transimission equipment. These T-slotted floor plates are to be installed onto concrete floor with leveling pads grouted into the ground. They are 5m x 2m x 300mm in sizes and made of HT-250 (equal to GG-25) grey cast iron. All these T-slotted floor plates have high flatness accuracy on their top surfaces for serving as a datum base and clamping works on it. We have been supplying T-slotted cast iron floor plates to customers worldwide in various industries such as motors, gearbox manufacturing/refurbishments, electromotors manufacturing/repairing, machining workshops etc.. This time we are confident that our supplied plates will work well at our customer site.

Besides inspection on these T-slotted cast iron floor plates, we also discussed technical requirements on horizontal lathes and welding positioners customer interested in buying. The lathes will be horizontal types, both in conventional engine type and in CNC controlling type. They have large swing over bed as 1000mm and long distance between centers up to 5000mm, to turn workpiece in long-shaft shapes. The welding positioner will be a heavy-duty type with capacity of handling 8000kg weight workpieces.

Our customer has a great capacity in business of repairing rotating mechanical and electrical machinery. We are very happy to meet our customer and our meeting achieves much and involves us more effectively into our customer's efforts on sourcing for machinery in China.  Furthermore, we know more about each other which inhances our mutual trusts.
