In March 2018 we delivered our RT800X800PM pneumatic lift & manual operated rotary table to our customer in Singapore. It will be set up on a CNC horizontal boring mill for equali indexing with minimum increment as 1 degree. Optionally it can be supplied with minimum increment as 5 degrees. This pneumatic lift rotary table features easy operation, high resistance against cutting forces and high weight load capacity. Its major components are a pair of Hirth couplings. The top table is driven by the pressured air to escalate in order the Hirth couplings can disengage. After the Hirth couplings totally disengage, the top table can be turned by hand to a desired angle where it is stopped rotating by hand and the air pressure in the internal cylinder will be displaced so that the top table will descend, letting the Hirth couplings to engage. Then the machining can be carried out on workpieces held on the top table. 

We supply this kind of pneumatic lift rotary tables in 500x500, 630x630, 800x800, 1000x1000, 1200x1200, 1600x1600mm etc. and with square or round top tables. We can always custom make these rotary tables even for only one set.
