3000x1200x1200mm T-slotted grey cast iron angle plates, in 2-piece design as the combination of one upper angle plate and one lower angle plate. Two sets of angle plates have been made to order to be mounted on a Soraluce FP6000 milling boring machining center. 

The 2-piece type angle plate has its upper section as 1000x1200x875mm (Length x Width x Depth) and its lower section as 2000x1200x1200mm, which are precisely combined together.  These two sections can be used independently to offer more versatility in workholding process. 

These T-slotted grey cast iron angle plates features high precison and premium rigidity. Their clamping surface flatness is less than 0.08mm across the whole 3000mm hight, obtained from the whole processes of CNC machining. The T-slots is 22H7-DIN 650 type and their centers are 125mm apart. They have been annealment heat treated to eliminate their internal stress to the minimum and can sevice for a long time free away from distortion. Their thick clamping plates and ribs allows them to carry workpiecces in weight of tens of Tons.

On requests, these baseplates can be made in other types such as cubes, bed plates etc. with various clamping features inclusive of T-slots, threaded holes, etc.

The upper T-slotted angle plate was assembled on top of the lower T-slotted angle plates. Between them positioning keys and bolts & nuts are set to fix them together. This assembly achieves a 3000mm tall T-slotted angle plates which are to be mounted on a large floor type CNC boring mill.

The upper angle plate and the lower angle plate, separately placed and ready to be assembled together. Their T-slots are 125mm apart from each other and have a H7 tolerance.

Angle plates with tapped holes spreaded on a 100x100mm square pattern, adapted to set up irregularly-shaped workpieces vertically.

Similar large clamping angle plate of 3000x2000x1500mm, very large, with tapped holes on the vertical clamping surface. It is designed to hold very heavy workpieces in one setup only, upon which the cutters can access all the planes on the workpieces programmed to be machined on the CNC horizontal boring mill.
