Horizontal lathes
[1] CNC face lathe, machine bed are placed with its longitudinal centerline perpendicular to the spindle centerline;
[2] Headstock and bed of this face lathe are mounted on one single-piece machine base;
[3] This CNC face lathe accomplish external turning, internal turning and taper cutting along the whole workpiece length in one single setup;
[4] One-position tool holder is fitted on top slide of this face lathe;
[5] The feeding system adopts a variable frequency controlled motor to perform stepless speed regulations and makes the selections of feeding rate more convenient;
[6] 8 sets of 500mm length chuck jaws are fitted on the 1600mm diameter chuck of this CNC face lathe;
[7] Machine base and machine bed are made of GG-25 gray cast iron, and are stress-relieved to maintain long-term stable accuracy free from distortion;
[8] Spindle is balanced, hardened and precision ground on this face lathe;
[9] Headstock has all its gears and shafts hardened and precision ground;
[10] Guide ways on the machine bed are hardened and precision ground;
[11] SIEMENS, FANUC or GSK control system is equipped with this face lathe;
[12] This face lathe can always be customized as per the workpieces to be machined;
[13] One year warranty is provided.
