Hydraulic slotting machine, max. slotting lengths 320, 400mm
Compared with the conventional mechanical slotting machines, the hydraulic slotting machines have the below advantages:
- Safety valve is fitted on the hydraulic slotting machines to protect the machines against damage caused by overloads;
- 2. The main motions of these hydraulic slotting machines are performed in oil. Thus all the lubrication surfaces that moving against each other are provided with efficient and constant lubrication so that the machine service life is greatly prolonged;
- These hydraulic slotting machines have their speeds steplessly adjustable and run more stably especially at low speeds;
- Hydraulic automatic slotting cutter relieving enables the cutter greatly wear-resistant so that the cutter service life is prolonged. The hydraulic automatic pressing mechanism presses the cutter tightly to the post via the hydraulic cylinder to prevent the cutter from relieving during slotting, thus slotting surface roughness and accuracy are improved;
- The slotting cutter feeding is accomplished before slotting. The slotting cutter feeding mechanism is supplied with pressured oil via an oil pump so that the cutter feeding accuracy is greatly improved;
- The slotting cutter feeding rate of these hydraulic slotting machines is steplessly adjustable. It is easy to operate and the feeding is stable;
- Compact structure of these machines make the installation easy. Various complex operations can be performed on these hydraulic slotting machines;
- Stable operations with noise level under 70 dB;
- Adjustable angle within 0 - 10 degrees;
- Thravels are adjusted with bumping blocks which offer convenience in travel adjustment and travel direction changing;
- These hydraulic slotting machines perform heavy slotting with cutting force up to 16.6 KN (equal to 1.66 Metric Tons), compared with 8 KN (equal to 0.8 Metric Tons) cutting force performed by a mechanical slotting machine of the same size.
These hydraulic slotting machines are used to slot plain surfaces, shaped surfaces, circular surfaces and key slots, etc. And mould surfaces tilting within 0 -10 degrees. They are suitable for single-piece or small-batch production.
The worktable feeds in longitudinal direction, the cross direction and the rotary direction. Thus the workpiece can have its multiple surfaces slotted in one single setup;
These hydraulic slotting machines have the hydraulic transmission mechanism for driving the ram reciprocation and the hydraulic feeding mechanism for driving the worktable. The ram runs at a constant speed in every travel. Both the ram and the worktable run at steplessly adjustable speeds;
The hydraulic operation console has the direction-changing mechanism to change the direction of the oil supply to the ram. The worktable features both the hydraulic feeding and the manual feeding, and besides it has an independent motor to drive its rapid traverses in the longitudinal direction, the cross direction and the rotary direction.
Feeding on these hydraulic slotting machines are driven by the pressured hydraulic oil and performed at the same moment when the cutter finishes a slotting travel and returns. Thus their hydraulic feedings advantage over the drum-wheel feedings on the conventional mechanical slotting machines.
